Bloomberg/BNA’s Water Law & Policy Monitor is a news and reference service that provides daily news, legislative updates, case reporting and analysis, and regulatory guidance for water law practitioners.
On the main page of the resource displays a news section that is updated daily. Each headline includes a topic heading and a short summary of the article.
The archives of these daily news updates may be accessed from the main page. They are divided by the date of publication.
As with other BNA products, “BNA Insights” provide comprehensive analysis of emerging legal issues in water law from BNA’s reporters.
Notable on the Water Law & Policy Monitor is the “From the Editors” portion on the front page. They inform their readers that the Water Law & Policy Monitor will “[be] more selective in [their] coverage of water supply and water resource issues,” while they retain “comprehensive daily coverage” of water law and policy.
Access to Bloomberg/BNA’s Water Law & Policy Monitor database is available through the Texas Tech Law Library website under the Electronic Databases tab.
