Bloomberg/BNA’s Water Law & Policy Monitor Featured Spotlight: Hot Topics

This is the second post in a four-part series spotlighting Bloomberg/BNA’s Water Law & Policy Monitor.

Bloomberg/BNA’s Water Law & Policy Monitor offers a number of easy-to-use and customizable features. Links from the main page under the “Hot Topics” heading provide topically organized archives of water law updates. If your area of interest is not listed, you may customize your main page to display a link to any of the Water Law & Policy Monitor topics with the “Customize” prompt under the “Recent Topics” heading.

If you wanted to know more about endangered species, for example, you may select that topic from the list provided.


This takes you to recent news updates on endangered species. One of these of note to Texas is the EPA limiting fracking discharges in the Gulf of Mexico.
