Bloomberg/BNA’s Water Law & Policy Monitor offers “Key Features” on their main page, including a “Water Litigation Tracker.”
The Water Litigation Tracker is a feature that is published quarterly. It begins with an overview of the pending water law litigation across the country. It then includes a chart with all the pending litigation organized by topic. Each entry includes the citation, a brief description, and a status update.
If you were looking for the status of coal ash litigation, by scrolling down we see there is one case pending regarding a coal ash spill. The update tells us the Tennessee case is proceeding to trial. We can check back for an update in the first quarter of 2017.
