This is the third post in a four-part series spotlighting Bloomberg/BNA’s The Family law Reporter.
The Family Law Reporter provides updates on areas of family law organized topically. Some of these topics may be accessed on the main page under the “Hot Topic” link. Alternatively, you can create your own quick links using the “Customize” feature in the “Recent Topics” Section to link a particular category straight to your main page.
Selecting “All Recent Topics” under the “Recent Topics” section takes you to an index of family law topics organized alphabetically. This page can also be accessed by selecting “Recent Topics” from the tool bar.
For example, if we were trying to find recent developments on community property cases we can select “C” in the alphabet above and expand the “Community Property” section to view the community property updates from the most recent issue.
Here, we find two headlines of recent community property cases. Selecting one will take us to a brief summary of the listed case.
Access to Bloomberg/BNA’s The Family law Reporter database is available through the Texas Tech Law Library website under the Electronic Databases tab.
