- On September 9, 2022, Prof. Gerry W. Beyer was an invited speaker at the 18th Annual Jerry A. Kasner Estate Planning Symposium in Santa Clara, California. His presentation and accompanying article were entitled Estate Planning in a Cyber World: Cryptocurrency, Non-Fungible Tokens, and Electronic Communications. He was also included in a discussion of the estate planning issues raised by the Metaverse.
