• On June 7, 2023, Prof. Gerry W. Beyer was the lead-off speaker for the three-day 47^th Annual Advanced Estate Planning & Probate Course in Dallas, Texas sponsored by TexasBarCLE. His presentation and article focused on recent Texas judicial developments in the areas of intestate succession, wills, estate administration, and trusts.
