- On June 12, 2024, Prof. Gerry W. Beyer was the lead-off speaker for the 48th Annual Advanced Estate Planning & Probate Course sponsored by TexasBarCLE in Houston. His presentation was entitled Case Law Update and he analyzed recent Texas appellate cases dealing with intestate succession, wills, estate administration, trusts, and other estate planning issues.
